A Mobile Ready Hero Image consists of a (possibly edited) pack shot image plus off-pack communications. You can choose whether or not to add off-pack communications. But if you do add them, you must follow these recommendations.
Mobile Ready Hero Images can be produced in a variety of formats. The layouts that are allowable for a particular product depends on whether the pack is square, portrait or landscape. Additional layouts are available for multipacks. A multipack is defined as a product that contains discrete items, where the number of items is described on the shelf label.
